Questions
Is detection weaker on Free?
No. The same engine runs either way, over whatever data it has — uploading a statement starts exactly the work a connected account starts. Free keeps the same evidence, the same named changes and the same permanent history. What Plus changes is who starts it and how often your picture refreshes, not how well it reads.
What does “LowScout keeps watching” mean?
With Plus you connect your bank or card issuer. Whenever it reports new transactions, LowScout pulls them in, updates your recurring charges, and flags price increases and new charges — including a charge that appears again after you marked it cancelled. Nothing to upload. It runs on what your bank reports, so it isn’t instant to the second.
What happens if I cancel or go back to Free?
You keep Plus through the period you’ve already paid for. After that your bank connections end — the transactions already imported, your statements and your history all stay. Upload a statement any time to refresh your picture, or upgrade again and reconnect your bank.
How do I cancel Plus?
Open Manage subscription and choose Cancel plan. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you won’t be charged again. Deleting your account cancels immediately.
Plus is billed monthly in advance and renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Prices in USD. Billing and refund details are in the Terms.
