The steps
Cancel online through the member portal on planetfitness.com, in person at your home club, or by written notice mailed to your home club — policies vary by location, so check with your club. To stop the monthly bill your club must receive the request by the 10th of the month; to stop the annual fee, by the 25th of the month before your annual-fee date, and minimum-term memberships ended early require a $58 buyout fee.
