The steps
Account page → Cancel under Your Subscription → Continue to Cancel (a pause offer may appear first) → Cancel Subscription. If billed through a third party (Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, etc.) or a bundle bought via Disney+ or HBO Max, cancel with that biller instead.
How this charge appears on your statement
On a bank or card statement, Hulu often shows up as one of these — useful for confirming you’re cancelling the right charge:

If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another platform, you usually have to cancel with that platform rather than Hulu directly — the steps above note where that applies.
