The steps
Account → Manage membership → Cancel, then Finish Cancellation; access continues until the end of the billing period. If no cancel option appears, the account is billed through a partner or app store — cancel there instead.
How this charge appears on your statement
On a bank or card statement, Netflix often shows up as one of these — useful for confirming you’re cancelling the right charge:
